What You Will Get To Do:
- Assist in the delivery of change management strategies across key initiatives- Support the completion of change impact assessments and readiness activities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date change documentation- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand change impacts- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure they understand changes and implications- Prepare materials to support stakeholder communications- Assist in developing clear, targeted communication materials- Coordinate training and capability-building activities- Support the distribution of change-related communications- Align change activities with key project milestones and timelines- Track change-related risks, issues, and dependencies- Monitor change adoption and provide insights into readiness and feedback- Contribute to leadership and governance reporting- Assist in developing and refining change tools, templates, and frameworks- Support the delivery of projects and improvement initiatives- Complete other tasks as required

What You Will Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, operations, or a related field- Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable- 2-4 years’ experience in operations, change, or business analyst roles- Experience in process improvement, change initiatives, or operational projects- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams or corporate/shared services environments- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project- Quick to learn new systems and processes- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, change-focused environment
