The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.

**The Role**:
As a civil supervisor - You will oversee and manage the surface works on site, coordinating and directing the activities of engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the surface works in your section are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
- Prior to works commencing, identify and mitigate risks, engage stakeholders effectively to manage these risks, and foster a culture of risk awareness.
- Complete progress reporting, and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent reporting to the Superintendent
- Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedure

**About you**:

- Trade qualification or similar
- Delivered on major civil infrastructure projects or similar
- Substantial Industry experience in road, bridges, and/or tunnelling projects
- Experience in people and performance management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Able to work and integrate into a team
