**Your new company**
Our client offers diversified services across the Construction industry on a national scale. Offering services in deconstruction and demolition, civil engineering and construction, landscaping and external works, resource recovery and waste management, asbestos removal and disposal, site remediation, rehabilitation and revegetation, and heavy plant rental this company is the biggest of their kind. They are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their expanding team on a permanent, full time capacity.

**Your new role**
As a Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of project sites across South Australia. Working closely with our Project Managers to oversee and manage all day to day requirements of a diverse range of civil construction projects, you will call upon a track record of successful project delivery - on time, on budget and without incident. Duties and responsibilities include, however will not be limited to;
- Verify QA Inspections & ITP’s complete
- Work with Customer to ensure satisfaction and relationships maintained to maximise contracted work
- Review production rates
- Work with Operations Manager for project & tender requirements
- Undertake daily site prestart and ensure all personnel are clear on their task, safe method of works and work zones/exclusion zones
- Manage Delta site to the full extent of your ability and capability including all workers and subcontractors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful you will prior experience in a Civil Supervisor, Foreperson or Leading Hand position. You will have a 'Tier One' attitude and focus on quality, safety and environmental performance standards and have a proven track record delivering a wide range of Civil Construction projects at Site Supervisor level. Knowledge and understanding of Civil Construction Codes of Practice and Standards is essential, alongside the ability to manage complex and demanding stakeholder requirements - client, site and project related.
