**Role Location: Oakleigh, Melbourne** - Oak Towers Aged Care.

Oakleigh is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 14 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District.

**Highlighting the importance of this role**

**Shifts available are - Pm shifts on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday**

Joining a supportive and friendly team, you will be responsible for kitchen and dining room duties and your day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting in the preparation of meals;
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment;
- Assisting with the serving of meals, including setting up and cleaning the dining room, trolleys and trays.

**What you can bring to the team**

You are an enthusiastic worker who enjoys being a team player and can work autonomously.

Ideally you will have:

- Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or similar is desirable but not essential;
- Experience working in the Aged Care industry will be highly regarded;
- Possess or have the ability to acquire a current National Police and NDIS Screen Check.

- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be vaccinated for Covid-19.
