**About the Role**
As a Retirement Villages Officer, you will work closely with the Resident Relationship Manager to achieve compliance and implement value-add experiences for a high level of customer satisfaction across **_IRT The Ridge_**.
You will use your exceptional organisation and customer service skills to assist in developing activities programs, reports and communications as well as coordinating the entrance of new residents.

**Your work may include**:

- Assist with the daily operations within IRT The Ridge Retirement Village
- Ensure warm welcomes to new residents and visitors to site
- Assist with site inspections and hazard or maintenance reporting
- Support the Resident Relationship Manager with the coordination of activities and events
- Attend resident meetings including complaints and provide support by appropriate reporting and follow up
- Complete documentation with accuracy in a timely manner

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Qualification (or willing to obtain) in Leisure and Lifestyle, and experience in Community Service and/or Customer Relationships.
- Previous leadership experience
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work and work of others to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products and other technology
- Valid current driver’s license and bus license (desirable)
