**About the Role**
Looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact every day? At Multicap, we’re on the lookout for compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Disability Support Workers to join our casual team in Bracken Ridge. You’ll support people living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, helping them live life to the fullest—whether that’s through daily routines, social outings, or implementing their Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plan. This is your opportunity to do meaningful work that matters

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assisting with personal care and everyday living tasks
- Cooking and household duties
- Supporting social engagement and community participation
- Accurately recording progress notes and incident reports
- Following Positive Behaviour Support plans and implementing approved restrictive practices when required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience with or strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Willingness to support behaviours of concern within the right framework
- Calm, confident, and compassionate personality
- Consistency, patience, and reliability in your approach
- Ability and willingness to cook meals
- Confident driver (company van use may be required)
- Flexibility to work across day, night, and weekend shifts, including active overnights

**Essential Requirements**
- Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or Open)
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
