- Assist in preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the accuracy of records and data entry.
- Support the management of office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and leadership as required.
- Attending meetings with managers
