**Job Overview**:
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving business transformation through cutting-edge ERP systems? We're seeking a dynamic Deployment Lead to spearhead our ERP business transformation program across multiple country entities. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment, maximizing adoption and minimizing disruption. Your mission: to deliver successful implementation and create a seamless transition for each business unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the Change Director, Test Director, and key stakeholders to ensure all preparations are in place for deployment, including training plans and support processes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for the Genesis program, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner and external vendors for alignment and integration of deployment activities.
- Work closely with the Genesis Program Core Team, including the Program Director and Project Managers, to align deployment activities.
- Lead the deployment team, comprising Deployment Managers, Technical Leads, and Support Specialists, to provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes innovation and team morale.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP business transformation in a complex, global organization focused on technology programs.
- Strong understanding of deployment principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with agile projects and familiarity with agile practices.
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud-based solutions.
