• Oversee and manage all releases and deployments of the HCM solution (containing SAP Success Factors, SAP Business Technology Platform and core enterprise applications) including cutover planning, technical change management, support, and resource coordination.
• Define integrated release and deployment work plans, schedules, budgets, and personnel requirements in collaboration with architects and workstream leads
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to review release schedules and deployment requirements to meet deployment timeframes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with development and QA teams to manage bespoke development and environment transitions.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve deployment policies, processes, and methodologies across the program lifecycle.Key Experience
• Proven experience in release and deployment management for HCM solutions (e.g., SAP Success Factors cloud-based HCM software applications), leveraging appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Highly organised and self-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated capability to streamline and improve deployment processes for effective, efficient, and pragmatic outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
