**The role**

The main focus of the role will span public liability, breach of contract disputes, fraud and indemnity disputes, personal injury claims and insurance indemnity disputes.

The team is involved in advising clients; from individuals to large companies, on all facets of insurance law, from contract breaches, to liabilities and regulatory compliance. To be successful in this role; you will need to have strong insurance litigation experience, a passion for the area and be committed to growing your experience.

You will also have the opportunity for exposure to work in a broader commercial litigation space and gain further progression and career development. Knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act and other industry relevant legislation would be advantageous.

You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, be dedicated and driven to achieve positive solutions and results for clients, have superior communication skills (written and verbal); and be adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
