Epmo Reporting and Systems Analyst

We are recruiting for a well-established Geelong based organisation who have recently created a new ePMO to centralise all their programs and projects. This includes corporate, engineering, technology and other business programs.
There is a strong pipeline of current work including business systems replacement, migration from legacy systems and intranet projects.
In this role you will be reporting to an inspirational ePMO Manager who has already started to make an impact by developing standardised tools and templates.
Initially you will need to understand and analyse the current arrangements so that you can assist in developing reports and tracking tools to ensure consistency and accuracy. This will include status tracking, risk register, project assurance, some QA as well as training of project managers.
They are based in Geelong not far from many shops and transport options, including free parking. The expectation is that you will be in the office for 2 days a week, and you can work from home for the rest of the week if that is your preference.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Background working in a PMO or portfolio office;
- Excellent MS Project skills and experience, as well as strong Excel skills;
- Ability to provide innovative reports that can be easily understood by a diverse range of
stakeholders;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills;
- Agile experience is a bonus, though their methodology is predominately Waterfall now.
