Our client is a long-standing organization based in Geelong, which has embarked on an exciting journey of digital transformation toward a more sustainable office environment. To support this effort, they have recently established a new ePMO to centralize all their programs and projects, including corporate, engineering, and technology initiatives.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the PM framework and benefit reporting frameworks in line with industry best practices. With the guidance of the ePMO Manager, you will create tools and systems to establish the ePMO, gaining a deep understanding of the current state and desired future state, and effectively work to transition across and deliver project implementation.

**Key requirements**:

- Proven track record of managing projects within an EPMO or PMO structure.
- Responsible for overseeing all project aspects on a daily basis, including communication, risk management, issue management, budget, costs, and ensuring quality implementation
- Proven experience in implementing project management frameworks.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing.
- While Agile experience is preferred, the current methodology is mainly Waterfall.
