- Lead an engineering team and drive AWS cloud migration projects at a large Australian bank.- If you are a natural people leader and passionate technologist with a technical background in software engineering, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to lead a high performing team and work on exciting projects within the capital markets technology business of a large investment bank.
- The Technology Lead role will involve leading a technical team consisting of 15+, gaining a deep understanding of the technology environment (Java, Kafka, AWS), envisioning the best approach to delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving AWS cloud migration projects, and managing technology and business stakeholders.
- You will be a strong problem solver with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will have a software engineering background in Java, or any similar languages, with experience in cloud technologies, working in an Agile environment, leading teams, and financial markets industry experience or a passion to learn financial markets technology.
