Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cost-effective strategies that reduce operational overhead.
  • Lead project asset logistics, ensuring timely execution within budget.
  • Maintain accurate certification of all equipment and assets.
  • Champion continuous improvement strategies, including lean methodologies.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project leaders.
  • Align activities with business needs and major project demands.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in oil and gas, mining, or processing plant sectors.
  • Experience in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong leadership skills with customer and site team interaction.
  • Proven track record in asset management, facilities oversight, or industrial maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, maintenance scheduling, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Excellent people management and performance development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HSE standards across multiple operations.
