ALG Talent has a great opportunity for a **(Manager) Continuing Airworthiness Services** to join a well-established defence organisation based in Canberra. This is a causal contract offering 5 days per week for a period of 3 months with the potential for extension.

As the Continuing Airworthiness Services Manager, you will bring 5 years previous experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will hold a high level of understanding of DASR regulations. A high level of analytical reasoning is critical for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accomplishment of modifications and repairs.
- Ensuring maintenance is completed in line with the maintenance schedule.
- Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with DASR.
- Daily reporting (managing and archiving all continuing airworthiness records).
- Ensure all persons are complying with EHS policies and procedures.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Full understanding of DASR regulations
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team.
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with attention to detail.
- Australian Citizen - holds or previoulsy held NV1 security clerance.
