We have a opportunity for an experienced Staff Liaison Officer (HR) to join our administration team. The role of the Staff Liaison Officer (HR) is to provide administration support to the Clinical and Rostering departments and is solely responsible for staff compliance across all departments. To provide and maintain the avenues for good communication between all stakeholders eg. Residents, staff and Management.

**The Job - Major responsibilities**

Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process using our in house automated software
Facilitate the staff orientation day for new starters
Perform Reference Checks
Maintaining Personnel records (electronically)
Responsible for updating and maintaining of all staff Credentials (Staff compliance)
Responsible for updating and maintaining of all staff education - Annual Mandatory Training and Monthly Staff Education sessions
Responsible for all administration surrounding student placements
Responsible for the collation and updating of staff and/or residents comments, complaints, incidents and/or grievances into our compliance systems
WorkCover Coordinator
Backup for Rostering role and working alongside the Roster Clerk daily
Assistance in Fundraising activities involving residents, their families, our staff and the business help on occasions Sunnymeade event organizing

**The Person - Knowledge and Skills**

A general understanding of the aged care system or a willingness to learn
To be self motivated to learn and obtain new skills relating to the industry.
Well developed communication and organisational skills
To be familiar with computer technology including such programs as UKG Ready(Kronos), Manad Plus and CompliSpace.
Previous administration experience in a Human Resources department
The ability to work within a team and to work without supervision.

**Key Selection Criteria**

Prior hands on experience in Human Resources
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and without supervision.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

**Non - negotiables**:
NDIS Worker Screening required. If you do not have a current and valid NDIS number, you would need to obtain this via the NDIS worker screening process at a cost of $129.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
