
Personal Assistant to Director

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Personal Assistant to our Director. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Keep our executive’s schedule running as smoothly as our campers, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange and manage company-wide travel needs, from flights and accommodations to ensuring the journey is as enjoyable as the destination.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Organize meetings like a pro, booking rooms, arranging equipment, and preparing agendas. Take minutes and help the executive team stay on track with internal organization and action items.
- **Staff Onboarding**: Welcome new team members by assisting with onboarding, filing documentation, and ensuring they hit the ground running.
- **Office Management**: Keep the office well-stocked and running smoothly, manage deliveries, and assist in organizing fun office events and functions.
- **Event Planning**: Get creative with event planning, coordinating everything from catering to speakers, and making sure our events are memorable.
- **Document Management**: Handle personal and confidential documents, process mail, and manage correspondence like a trailblazer.
- **Diary Management**: Make sure our executive is prepped and ready for all upcoming adventures, following up on invitations and commitments.
- **Property Management**: Take charge of managing Airbnb properties and handling body corporate management, just like you’d manage a well-maintained campsite.
- **Marketing Support**: Flex your creative muscles by assisting with marketing initiatives, crafting content using Canva, and supporting our brand.
- **Research & Reporting**: Dig into the details, conduct research, and prepare reports that help steer our company in the right direction.
- **Liaison**: Work closely with our team and external contacts, ensuring smooth operations across all platforms, including property management.
- **General Support**: Be the go-to support for our subsidiary brands and businesses, helping wherever the trail leads.
- **Innovation & Enthusiasm**: Bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the role, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous EA experience at the CEO/Director level.
- **Organizational Skills**: A natural at organizing and prioritizing tasks, just like planning the perfect camping trip.
- **Confidentiality**: Able to keep things under wraps with diplomacy and tact.
- **Communication**: Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade.
- **Positive Attitude**: Always maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, even when the going gets tough.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: Handle conflicting priorities with the coolness of a seasoned off-roader.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong note-taking and minute-taking skills.
- **Integrity**: Honest, open, and always acting in the best interest of the team and our clients.
- **Client-Focused**: Prioritize client and stakeholder satisfaction like a trusted guide.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable in a variety of environments, always ready to take on new challenges.
- **Quick Learner**: Able to pick up new tools and processes as quickly as setting up camp.
- **Social Navigation**: Navigate social environments with ease and confidence.
- **Property Management**: Experience in managing Airbnb properties, body corporate management, and general tenancies.
- **Marketing & Canva**: Skilled in creating marketing content using Canva, with a flair for design.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
