**About Us**:
Sterling Care Australia is a dedicated NDIS service provider committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and enhancing their quality of life. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Workers.

As a Community Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for engaging with the local community to raise awareness of Sterling Care Australia's services. You will represent our organisation professionally while distributing flyers and speaking with individuals, families, and staff in hospitals, aged care centres, and other relevant locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit hospitals, aged care facilities, community hubs,LAC, BSL, GP clinics, and similar places to share information about our services.
- Distribute company flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Approach and engage with community members, providing a friendly and professional introduction to Sterling Care Australia.
- Answer basic questions and collect contact information if anyone expresses interest in our services.
- Provide regular updates to your supervisor about outreach efforts and locations visited.
- Maintain a respectful and courteous approach at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about NDIS and disability support services.
- Prior experience in community engagement, marketing, or support work (preferred but not essential).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Police Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

**Working Conditions**:

- Casual position with flexible hours based on availability and location needs.
- Travel required to different community locations.
- Hourly rate based on relevant award or agreement.
