**Your new company**

A European luxury watch and jewellery store in the heart of Sydney CBD, is seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to join their team

**Your new role**
But not limited to:

- Define together with the Retail Manager an annual strategy and objectives of the Boutique
- Direct Management of Boutique staff and daily control of security team
- Propose and discuss with the Retail Manager, your staff evolution plans in terms of benefits, bonus and career development
- Delegate operational activities and establish clear responsibilities within your team
- Monitor sales targets and KPI’s and implement annual action plans.
- Provide monthly reporting to Retail Manager
- Provide a 5 star luxurious experience to all customers and lead by example
- Propose and manage events in the Boutique to develop new clients, drive sales, and enhance the brands' presence in the marketplace.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years management experience within luxury retail
- Proven people management skills
- Passion for the luxury retail industry, specifically jewellery and/or time pieces
- Other languages spoken other than English is highly desirable but not necessary
