A fantastic opportunity for a talented and self-driven Front Desk Receptionist to take their career to a new level at a progressive and well known boutique law firm in the Eastern Suburbs.

**It's all about you...**
This firm adds value to their clients' businesses with their commercial expertise and knowledge and boasts a positive team culture, hence they are looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

Working on a full-time basis, working Monday to Thursday from 8.45am to 5.00pm and Fridays from 9.00am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch, you will be be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.

Apart from "meeting and greeting" clients, some of your other duties will include:

- Answering and screening calls and taking detailed messages
- Booking meeting rooms and boardrooms
- Catering and maintaining the cleanliness of reception and boardroom - particularly providing water and/or coffee or tea for clients and staff during meetings and cleaning up after the conclusion of a meeting.
- Data Entry - Maintaining their secure Deeds Register including logging document in and out of packets.
- Banking - although mínimal to attend banks if and when required for the purpose of depositing funds and other tasks as requested from time to time.
- Scanning and delivering the mail
- Administration duties as required

**Skills and experience we'd love....**
To secure this hands on role where you'll be the 'face of the firm' you will have:

- a minimum of 3 years' previous experience as a Receptionist within professional services
- display a flexible team attitude
- have excellent inter-personal skills
- demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering quality customer service
