We provide quality advice and deliver highly strategic outcomes to our clients, achieved by a balance of expert legal acumen, creative thinking and informed commercial insight, in a concise and accessible manner.

**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our firm in our Family Law department.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking instructions and completing tasks autonomously;
- Ensuring work is accurate and delivered in a timely manner;
- Typing of dictations;
- Preparation of Counsel briefs both physical and electronic;
- Monthly billing using Affinity practice management system;
- Diary management and managing of timeframes;
- Client data entry into Affinity;
- Document management using iManage; and
- General administrative tasks including photocopying, filing and opening/closing files.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role, who has a professional telephone manner and is comfortable in dealing with clients and taking accurate instructions.
