**About the Role**

The Maintenance Officer is to support the functions of the Property and Facility Services department in the provision of minor maintenance and facilities services. Primarily the role is responsible to assist the facilities team in ensuring that all College buildings and related assets are maintained in good working order.

**About You**

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and preferably with experience in a tertiary or residential environment or similar facilities role. Knowledge and experience working with a diverse range of property related services and technologies is required and an ability and competency to use a wide range of equipment and tools.

**Contract Type**:Full-time, ongoing position

**Salary Range**: Band Level 1, FTE $59,019 plus 10.5% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading
