**The Company**
SwarmFarm Robotics is a fast paced and rapidly growing business that is pioneering the development of autonomous farming technology. Their mission is to revolutionise farming around the world by introducing new farming practices that are enabled by robotic technology.

They are a venture backed company with global ambition and are proudly based in regional Australia with deep connection to their farmer customers. Their robots are already working on grain, cotton, horticulture and turf farms and are one of the first companies worldwide to successfully deliver commercial, autonomous robots to farming customers.

**The Position**
Reporting directly to the CEO in this newly created position, SwarmFarm are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated National Sales & Development Manager to play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding their market presence. You will be responsible for building and leading a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established and rapidly growing company at the forefront of agricultural technology. In addition to sales and market development (as well as sales operations reporting), additional key responsibilities will be team leadership and development and relationship management through existing networks across agriculture and agtech.

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with strong networks within the agricultural/ agtech industry
- High level leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, agribusiness or a related field
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
