Our client is seeking an AHPRA or AASW registered mental health professional with management experience to lead a team with a strong focus on practice and quality.

**About the role**:

- The Assistant Director will be responsible for driving the organisations quality and improvement framework incorporating clinical operations and practices Implement service improvement projects and strategies
- Working within clinical practice and governance policies and accreditations
- Leading, mentoring and developing a small team
- Effectively managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Extensive project management of short
- and long-term strategies and initiatives

**About you**:

- You must have full AHPRA registration in a mental health field (i.e. psychologist, mental health nurse, occupational therapist) or AASW membership (mental health accredited social worker).
- You must have extensive experience working in a clinical management capacity - both leading teams and strategies
- You must have demonstrated experience in service delivery, change or project management within a clinical or mental health setting
- You will have previous experience engaging with various key stakeholders across an organisation You will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- You will have previous experience of presenting information, ideas and strategies to target audiences
- Qualifications in Business or Project Management would be desirable
- You must hold a valid QLD working with children Blue Card, or be eligible to hold one

- $70-80 per hour plus super
