**Who are you?**
Reporting to the Residence Manager this critical role needs an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction by supporting a busy and passionate team.

While no two days are the same, this critical role has some key responsibilities.

Ensuring the rostering of staff are completed a fortnight in advance in time and attendance system (Human Force)

Working with the People & Culture team to onboard new staff and offboard staff i.e. documentation and processes are completed

Responding to staff enquiries and feedback in a prompt, efficient, empathetic and supportive manner including pay queries via our Pay Queries Ticketing System
Ensuring all Regulatory Compliance registers (i.e. NDIS Checks, visa checks, AHPRA registrations, statutory declarations, vaccination register, appraisal register) are maintained, monitored, and updated accordingly, including student registers.
Monitoring and organising of Mandatory Training including updating Training Matrix, Managing and maintaining of Staff Files including staff, contractors, volunteers, and students. Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by the Residence Manager

**Salary**: $29.71 per hour
