**Café All Rounder**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate, fun and friendly Café All Rounder to join our exciting team at Bloom Community Aged Care in a casual role to cover annual leave and maternity leave.

**About you**:
You have previous experience in a catering environment or commercial ventures such as a café and hold relevant industry training, food handling and hygiene certificate. You have aged care experience and an ongoing learning and continuous improvement philosophy and you have a person-centered approach. You are enthusiastic and dedicated to making a difference.

To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to meet the following criteria:

- Must have at least 1 year experience making coffee and general café duties
- Current food handling certificate
- Experience in a commercial kitchen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aged Care experience an advantage
- Ability to provide a high standard of customer service
- Understanding of and commitment to safe work and hygiene practices
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups
- Ability to understand and complete documentation in accordance with Food Safety Plan requirements
