**The Client**

Verify Consulting are currently working with a well-respected global Organisation to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner on an initial 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Working within this established organisation, you will be required to support the business and employees to develop company relations, benefits, recruitment, and all other administrative HR duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a strategic and confident partner within a tight-knit team while also providing Business Partnering support and handling complex cases.

This hybrid role offers a high percentage of remote work, with flexibility for office work if preferred.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the business with advice on best practise related HR issues.
- Workforce planning including reactive recruitment.
- Recruitment duties, including Interviews, preparing contracts etc.
- Conducting part of the induction / onboarding process to ensure new starters are welcomed into the business.
- Working closely with the learning & development to support with training & development of all staff.
- Dealing with all administration duties related to HR Issues.
- Managing complex employee relations cases
- Providing payroll administrative support

**Key experiences and skills**:

- Previous HR business Partner experience
- Able to coordinate at all levels across the business
- Experience of working on HR projects
- A compassionate team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
