**THE ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity to join the credit and collections team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Collections Automation Manager, you’ll be responsible for
- Assisting the Automations Manager in delivery and maintenance of a schedule of activities aimed to increase debt book performance in line with targets
- Maintaining key tactical campaigns to ensure performance is in-line with business expectation
- Developing new tactical campaigns in accordance with current data and change frameworks
- Providing visibility and assurance of the tactical campaign suite within AWS
- Providing insights for optimisation of tactical automation activities.
- Developing & Maintain key relationship with Operational reporting team to prioritise and manage the release of developed tactical initiatives
- Building relationships with the broader Origin team to assist C&C in achieving debt book objectives

**IS THIS YOU?**

You’ll need to be familiar with SQL and database management. You must also hold qualifications in data science, computer science or similar.

To be shortlisted you will have:

- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
- Experience with some of the modern relational databases
- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
- Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
- Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
- Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it
