**About the Role**
NAB is undertaking a multi-year program of work to transition sales functionality to the Strategic Enterprise CRM platform (Salesforce).
The Product Manager CRM role will form an integral part of the Digital, Data & Analytics Customer Digital sub-domain where we focus on ‘Relationship-led Digital Bankers Experiences’ supporting the domain in co-ordinating and tracking delivery of initiatives,
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
- Lead CRM in discovery and delivery of new products/services based on banker and customer needs and business value, and balancing this with technical risk by working closely with the Domain leads
- Build and manage effective working relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, including but not limited to Technology and Operations, Personal Bank, Corporate and Institutional, Business and Private Bank, UBank
- Build and manage effective working relationships with senior Digital, Data & Analytics stakeholders
- Support and coach scrum team Product Owners
**Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications will include**:
- Deep knowledge and expertise in Salesforce technology essential
- Background working in the banking and finance industry
- Proven experience and qualification in Agile ways of working and delivery, including experience with Clarity, Rally and Confluence
- Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs and interpreting complex requirements to uplift capability
- Ability to foster productive relationships with Tech delivery and Schemes Management function
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis or a combination of project management/business analysis preferred
- Proven core analysis and process improvement skillsets and demonstrated ability to lead a workstream
- Tertiary qualification in related field essential
