Outreach Program Support Officer

This Federal Government department is responsible for providing Mental Health Services to the community and are looking for a Program Support Officer for their Eastwood location.

**Your new role**
***
The Outreach Program Support Officer is responsible for managing the region’s Outreach Program which may include duties relating to the recruitment and on boarding of Outreach Providers, processing of client referrals and outreach workflow management. A high level of collaboration will be involved with the Outreach Coordinator, clinical support team and the regional management team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in customer service and/or administration/reception.
- Able to manage outreach support programs (including financial and human resource team)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of administrative skills.
- An empathetic nature and ability to work with vulnerable people

Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People Checks must be obtained prior to commencing in the position. Please note you must be an Australian citizen to be successful in this role.
