**About the role**

**Duties**:

- Provide effective leadership and direction to the IT Applications and Project team.
- Maintain and create structured knowledge based operational manuals, documentations, technical, operational, configuration management documentation
- Development, management and continual maintenance of automated workflow and support tools for IT operational efficiencies

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated Project Management skills and experience in leading a team
- Working experience in ERP Systems, SAP Employee Central, EC-Payroll and/or SAP HANA experience is highly desirable
- IT infrastructure, IT Application Security, Data Migration and integration project experience is advantageous
