**About the role**

This is a newly created opportunity for a someone who truly enjoys **recruitment**. Working within a fast paced and collaborative HR team, you will partner with a variety of stakeholders.

Working alongside the respective hiring managers and the HR team members, the role will need to provide updates, support and guidance during the entire internal recruitment process all while working together to deliver positive outcomes. Travel intra and interstate may also be required.

**To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience or skills in the following**:

- HR qualifications and/or previous related work experience;
- Previous experience in a recruitment/resourcing role, coupled with experience across multiple recruitment sourcing channels;
- A strong communicator, multi-tasker, with an ability to manage competing priorities successfully;
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment couple with a proactive and hard-working attitude;
- Solid administrative skills and proficient computer skills;
- Strong verbal & written communication skills;
- Self-motivated, team player and friendly natured;
- A passion for a high level of service delivery, an ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working and developing solid relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, all while finding the right person for the right role. The role is a fulltime position, paying between a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
