We are a dynamic, multifaceted business seeking a Marketing Specialist - Digital Reporting & Data Analysis, with passion and drive to support the business.

**Your new role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist - Digital Reporting & Data Analysis will be responsible for:

- Providing digital reporting and data analysis to enhance the Marketing Specialists’ delivery of communications and campaigns to their respective markets.
- Utilising Google analytics and Google Ads to:

- Provide insights on campaign outcomes and effectiveness
- Better target prospects and improve efficiency of marketing spend
- Develop, measure and report on activity and conversion goals
- Assist MIGA report on measures of client engagement and review/overlay other data sources
- Utilising other datasets to identify segmentation opportunities to help support client retention through the lifecycle and increase client engagement with MIGA

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent
- Google ads certification - minimum Google Ads Search & Google Ads measurement
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads with experience capturing and converting data into actionable insights
- Experience working within a Marketing team, successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with work colleagues and key external stakeholders.
