**The Opportunity**:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the clinical team assigned to a client in a timely manner. This includes but not limited to the responsibility for maintaining the client relationship by ensuring the accuracy of Carelink data entry and billing outcomes. The Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for scheduling existing Lizard Behavioural Therapists to a client in a timely manner to ensure the quality of the therapy and client target therapy hours are achieved.

Further to scheduling responsibilities the position is responsible for approving all services for their teams in a timely manner as well as maintaining the rosters on a day-to-day basis to ensure accurate reporting and billing to clients for therapy services. Being the point of contact each day for their designated Program Supervisors and their client portfolio. The position plays a key role within the administrative function for the centre as this position will maintain day to day systems that support the management and coordination of the Lizard Centre as a whole and provide administrative and accounts support to the Operations Manager - Southern Region to ensure that the administrative functions of the organisation are managed efficiently and in compliance with Lizard’s and Nextt’s Policies and Procedures, statutory requirements and within quality standards.

This is a part time (25 hours per week), 8-month fixed term parental leave cover position.

**About You**:

- You will have a strong customer experience mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service with empathy and care
- A scheduling and administration coordinating background would be preferred, however, you could be a strong administrator with efficient coordinating abilities
- You will be solutions focused with a ´can-do´ attitude
- Health or disability sector background preferred but not essential
