**The**
**Opportunity**

Due to an internal restructure this agency is seeking an experienced A&F recruiter to inherit a proven desk across C&I and FS. This desk has historically billed $600K for the past 2 years. They are already on several panels and relationships are still hot.

You will be supported by a lead front the front, outcome focused Director who is a market specialists in these areas.

- Experience in 360 degree recruitment lifecycle 2 years+
- Relevant degree
- History of successful recruitment and consistent billings

**Financials**

Depending on experience:
**$70-$100K** + Super + Comms
