This role would suit a recent school leaver or someone ready to commence an entry level role into Real Estate.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED..**

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Strong emphasis on Customer Service
- Maintain familiarly with office listings, including property advertisements so that any enquiry/phone call can be directed to the appropriate member of staff.
- Assisting sales, property management and admin staff with general services and help desk enquires.
- Responsible for the presentation of the foyer/front desk.
- Attend to the mail daily.
- Organise couriers for office staff.
- Maintaining, monitoring and updating office compliance - licences in black book and corporation licences on the office front door.
- Successfully manage a large, diverse workload.
- Implement daily and weekly schedules for yourself and the office. Have the the capability to adapt to extra unscheduled work or situations that may occur.
- Responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months.
