The Role:

We are looking for a high energy and confident Sales Assistant who work's well under pressure to join our Point Lonsdale Sales Team.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly deadlines
  • Assisting with open homes
  • Assisting with listing presentations
  • Attending and assisting with onsite and inhouse auctions
  • Follow up calls from the inspections
  • Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots
  • Working alongside a Director in the business within RT Edgar – mentorship opportunity
  • Attending sales team training, sales meetings and company events
  • CRM data management
  • General client management - relationship calls to clients
  • Working Saturdays are a must; whilst attaining a mid week RDO

Core competencies/experience:

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Previous sales experience is preferable and Real Estate experience a bonus
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Needs drive and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
  • Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
  • Strong lead chasing and follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
