We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team at Sake Double Bay in Sydney. Located at 33 Cross St in Sydney NSW 2028, Australia, Sake is a renowned restaurant known for its innovative Japanese cuisine and unique cocktails.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers. You will have a strong knowledge of different spirits, wines, beers and of course, sake. You will be able to craft creative and delicious drinks that complement our menu, also be able to have basic knowledge for sake and recommending guests for food paring.

In addition to preparing drinks, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized.
