The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bartender who is a master at their craft, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our customers, creating new ones, a great conversationalist & scene setter.  You will also oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served. We are after someone who can work on a permanent basis, however we would consider either a part time or full time arrangement.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working behind a busy bar
  • Mixology knowledge and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills
  • Time management skills – juggling different task simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales skills
  • Teamwork
  • We are seeking someone who can work on an ongoing basis, ie working holiday visas will not be considered for this particular role
