It’s an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plans, we are looking for a Places to Play Officer to join our Tennis New South Wales team.

About the role
- In this role you will:_
- Provide comprehensive project management, administration and business support
- Help manage the Tennis NSW Project and Investment Ready Toolkit, including resources and communications
- Support the Places to Play Manager and Places to Play Lead with initiatives, local government engagement, network planning, venue sustainability, and other projects from the Tennis Development team
- Utilise GIS mapping and other network planning tools, data analysis and research to generate impactful insights, reports and presentations

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level computer skills (MS Office), particularly with presentations and report writing
- Eagerness to learn and utilise additional systems and data tools, such as GIS, mapping, Power BI, and infographics, to enhance reporting
- Strong interest in sport, preferably with a background or knowledge of Tennis
- Tertiary qualifications in Recreation Planning, Sports Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest in advancing a career in Recreation Planning and Infrastructure Development within the sports and recreation sector
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
