> > **Responsibilities**: - Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth. - Strategically expanding, preserving, or improving company procedures, standards, and policies. - Resolving contractual and commercial problems. - Overseeing financial key performance indicators (KPIs) of a project. - Develop product risk assessments and pricing structures to work toward commercial efforts. - Make sure stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate regulations. - Provide assistance, support, and guidance on all commercial issues within the projects and ensure that commercial staff attains their maximum potential. - Ensure full compliance with Company commercial procedures and corporate governance requirements. - **Job Requirements**: - **Bachelor degree in business or engineering - Someone with at least 8-10 years of experience working as a commercial manager in a construction company. - Having strong business development experience. - Excellence communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, time-management, and leadership skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
