**The Company**

A leading MNC digital energy company, who owns the world's largest Intelligent IoT Operating System, EnOS, managing 100GW of energy assets globally is seeking out for a passionate a Principal Presales Consultant to help engage international customers, and partners, to build up product awareness and streamline our customer's journey with our with Renewable Energy Scada offerings.

**Mission**

This role will require the Renewables Go-to-market / Business Development Lead for Australia Market to possess collaborative leadership in a multinational and multicultural setting, and act as a self-starter working on the following tasks with a strong support function based out of Singapore and Norway.

1. Be the lead business manager developing the renewables market in Australia.

2. Take lead in sales processes by understand external potential clients' pains and requirements

3. Take lead in sales processes together with Presales and Solution Architects to develop proposals for clients

4. Participate in development of relevant products based on market feedbacks

This leader is expected to exercise consultative selling approach during initial customer engagement and gradually develop into trusted advisor level. He/she shall have good network and possess relevant knowledge in the renewable energy industry. This to be resourceful in the team from initial stage to detailed proposals in collaboration with solutions architects.

Required product training for world leading products will be given.

Renewables Go-to-market Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for Australia market
- Conduct research to identify potential target customers and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services by understanding the clients needs and objectives.
- Build local organization of a strong renewable team for Australia
- Develop a sales pipeline and engagement plan of renewable energy business prospects
- Initiate, maintain, and cultivate strategic relationships to foster continuous long-term business support, partnerships and collaborative efforts.
- Respond to tender opportunities and lead pursuit strategy
- Seek and establish deep understanding of the client's business in the domain
- Establish trusted advisor client relationships to enable mutual growth in the future
- Identify goals and deliverables with appropriate budgets for a particular project opportunity

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- **8 years+ relevant experiences in hunting and managing Renewable Energy accounts with proven BD/sales track record**
- Proven ability with strong focus on performance results - evidence of consistently achieving sales targets through consultative approach in current and past employment.
- Able to work effectively in a single contributor role and project team setting given the high pressure and complex business environment.
- **IOT technical knowledge**
- Power and Renewable Energy domain knowledge
- Understanding of challenges and how operations and maintenance works in renewables
- Proven experience of in operational and business acumen in relevant field
- Vast client and partners network in this area
- Strong account mapping ability to deal key stakeholders at different level
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage stretched assignments
- Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated with high quality and ethical standards for themselves and others
- Ability to function effectively and decisively in sometimes fluid or ambiguous situations
- A strong team player and collaborative in nature
