A great opportunity for a Service Specialist - Compliance Communications. This role sits within **Rest’s Service Business Unit**ensuring that partners, members, and employers receive the expected level of service by proactively resolving issues, driving change, and maintaining regulatory-compliant communications.

The **Service Specialist - Compliance Communications** role supports this by translating business requirements into actionable project plans, **managing compliance correspondence like annual and exit statements, and leading initiatives to enhance operational maturity and stakeholder engagement.**
**Qualifications**
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven background as a **Business Analyst (or similar role)**with hands-on experience navigating business complexity and project interdependence in this domain within the superannuation industry sector.
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proven superannuation industry sector experience preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale projects and change, with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to translate complex requirements.
- Effective stakeholder and risk management across multiple projects.
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, detail-oriented work ethic.
