The Head of Technology is a senior leadership role driving the tech strategy behind one of Australia’s most trusted retail brands. You’ll lead the optimisation of existing systems and the rollout of scalable, secure innovations that support our stores, support office, and customer service teams.
Reporting to the GM - Supply Chain and Technology, you’ll shape a roadmap that fuels growth, empowers our teams, and improves the customer experience — from purchase to post-sale care.
What you'll be doing
Lead the development and execution of a clear, business-aligned technology roadmap.
Oversee the performance and ongoing optimisation of core systems including ERP, POS, contact centre platforms, and ecommerce tools
Ensure stability and scalability of platforms that support retail operations, internal teams, and customer service teams
Lead and develop a high-performing internal technology team and manage key vendor relationships
Drive governance, reporting and risk mitigation across the technology stack.
Maintain strong cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance across platforms
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role
Background in omnichannel retail, consumer, or service-driven environments preferred
Deep understanding of enterprise systems, systems integration, and operational technology
Track record in delivering transformation and supporting complex daily operations
Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset
Experience supporting or leading post-purchase service functions such as warranty is highly regarded
