We are looking for driven and enthusiastic **Customer Service Representatives / Sales associate **to join our Exhibit Booth. This opportunity will provide great training opportunities and gain hands on experience, enjoy interacting with members from our Head Office and provide a high level of service. An opportunity for a Part time Sales Associate will exist for the right applicant.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Please note this is a casual opportunity
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sales techniques
- Support new customer acquisition through offering consultation
- Maintaining the booth quality and merchandising
- Familiarise KameLo product knowledge and PPE trends
- Work closely with the Manager and other Representatives to achieve set sales targets

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in retail with great customer service
- A passion for providing a unique customer experience
- A keen interest in PPE
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focus and collaborative attitude
- Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated environment
- A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers and work with and support a team to achieve common goals
- A flexible approach in the workplace, initiative, ability to problem solve and prioritise work

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
