**Casual Aged care worker** working in the role of a
**Personal Carer**.

You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual needs of residents.

You will engage with our residents to enrich their lives and support their psycho social needs and assist residents who may require specialised care, including dementia care and palliative care. As an Aged Care Worker you can be asked within reason to provide support to the operation of the Home in your primary role as well as other key areas where reasonably required.

**What will you need**:

- Cert III qualifications in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Medication Assist competency (desired)
- Ability to use computer systems to maintain care records
- Compassion for and understanding of the elderly
- Flexibility with shift days and times
- Friendly approachable manner
- Experience working in an Aged Care Facility would be great but not essential
- You will have all up to date influenza and COVID 19 vaccinations
