Your part in our Blue Care team
Personal Carer - Community Aged Care
- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
What makes a difference for us?
- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification (Desirable)
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
