**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As the National Program Executive, you will be accountable for Program Operations, Program Reporting and Field Planning so you will always be looking for solutions to meet client's expectations and adapting to changing client requirements. Time Management and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role so if you can handle and work under pressure you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity

**Role Requirements**:

- Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Communication management and supervision of client and field priorities, weekly focuses and field journey planning
- Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
- Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded particularly within FMCG
- Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $70,788.93 - $80,583.61 per year
