Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our team, someone who is passionate about** project delivery** and driving **business growth.**

As an Associate specialising in Project Delivery and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of their architectural projects while also contributing to the expansion of their client base and market presence. You will collaborate closely with our talented team of architects, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting their firm's services to new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Delivery**:

- Oversee the execution of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project goals effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in project delivery.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the firm's strategic goals and areas of expertise.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored architectural solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the firm's capabilities and value proposition.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies and initiatives.

**Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to leverage expertise and resources in support of project delivery and business development efforts.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in project delivery within the architectural industry, with a strong track record of successful project completions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in architectural design and project management.
