This role will be based out of Wetherill Park and Ingleburn.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Own and manage the product specification system, training all users, maintaining compliance across the Trade & Consumer segments
- Develop testing plans to understand individual product value propositions
- Test competitor products as needed and prepare briefing reports
- Efficient timely and empathetic handling of customer enquiries and product or queries
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders; internally and externally
- Management of the Customer Enquiries inbox, assistance with other Customer Service tasks, including but not limited to, Order Processing, EDIs, Phones, ETAS and back order reports

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Proven experience in a technical or similar role
- Proven decision maker with ability to problem solve,
- In depth technical product knowledge
- Experience in software systems
- Experience in similar industry (construction preferable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical products and specifications using simple language
